The Salacia Surfside Group, LLC (SSG) provides support to clients in new business capture, project planning, project start-up, and the development and implementation of new business processes or initiatives. SSG increases the resource bandwidth of the client by providing both transitory support and longer-term part-time support. This provides the client with added resources when required without the obligations associated with the client establishing an increased employee workforce for temporary or highly variable resource needs.

All SSG clients are from established business relationships or by referral only.
